Items usually are shipped and delivered to your choice of address within 3 – 5 days. Full details on our shipping policy can be found here. Delivery times are subject to change due to unforeseen events or seasonality, but we will inform you straight away if estimated delivery times change.
Unfortunately no, not at the moment. We are an online-only website who pride ourselves on exceptional customer service and super-quick delivery times.
At Retailer Outlet we offer a no-quibble 30-day refund policy. Full details can be found here. All we ask is your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and it must also be in the original packaging.
At the moment we don’t offer gift cards. But this may change in the future! If gift cards are of interest to you, please let us know on our contact page.
We accept all major credit cards. Payments are processed through Stripe, which is an online payment processing company.
Our shipping is currently only within the UK at the moment. This may change in the future. Please check back to see if delivery is offered in your country of choice.
